Sierra Mouton is a graduate of Southern University Law Center and is licensed to practice law in the state of Louisiana. During her time at Southern, Sierra served in various roles focused on business, entrepreneurship, and intellectual property law. She served as a student attorney for the SULC Technology and Entrepreneurship Clinic, a business law intern for OMBI Group, and a trademark law intern with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. During law school, Sierra also began a business blog titled ‘SM BizTalks’ dedicated to providing entrepreneurs, creators, and entertainers tips to help them form, maintain, and protect their businesses and brands.
Before law school, Sierra received a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She began her entrepreneurial journey in undergrad and worked as an accountant for Louisiana State University post undergrad. Now Sierra is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and creators with their business formations, intellectual property protection, and contractual needs.
